How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 8-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the couriers website.
How to repair if damaged?
We recommend using a two-part epoxy for repairs (food safe epoxy when relevant.) We do not offer repair services.
Is the item in the pictures the exact one I am going to receive?
No. The images are only a representation of the china you will receive.
We do our best to represent the items as accurately as possible in our pictures, however all of our porcelain is handmade and kiln-fire variation in glaze colours is a natural occurrence, so no two items are exactly alike.
Do you accept corporate customization?
Yes. Please contact us and provide the specific items and quantities you are interested in, as well as your delivery address. We will communicate with you as soon as possible to confirm the specific custom shape and glaze color as your corporate welfare or gift.
I placed two orders that will ship to the same address, can I combine them?
Yes, as long as it is placed within 24 hours of each other, and provided that we haven’t shipped the first order yet by the time you contact us.
