How do you ship for me?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days, using sustainable, eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
Usually, you’ll get your ceramic within 8-15 business days from the moment you buy it. Special circumstances may take longer.
When your order is complete, you will receive a tracking email with your parcel.

What’s your return / exchange policy?

At Kilnphx, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure that all of our customers are happy with the ceramic they bought from us. We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied.
To be eligible,, ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Because the glaze color of Jun porcelain changes unpredictably, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the glaze color not meeting expectations.

What if the item you received is damaged?

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item was damaged in transit, please email us a picture of the item within 7 days and save the item and its packaging so that we can file a damage claim.
We will immediately send a replacement and let you know if further action is required.
Due to the unique characteristics of Jun porcelain, we will communicate with you and resend other products of equal value.

What if my return/exchange breaks during shipping?

Kilnphx is not responsible for any damage that occurs when shipping back an item for return or exchange. We strongly recommend that you pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

What happens if my package is lost?

In rare cases, a package may be lost in the mail. If the package is not delivered within 60 days, it is considered lost. In this case, you must contact us within 30 days so that we can verify and claim from the mailer and negotiate to resend the item to you.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we receive your return and refund your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.

Are There Additional Fees Like Customs Duties?

No extra fees, no surprises! At Kilnphx, all prices include customs duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
